A Central Texas native, Denise brings decades of real estate experience to her clients in the Austin area. Born in San Marcos and raised in San Antonio, Denise briefly left home to begin her real estate career in California serving clients in San Diego, Los Angeles, and even Phoenix, Arizona. She has experience in nearly all aspects of real estate, including residential sales, leasing, home renovations, negotiation, and business development. Her diverse skill set led to her position as a director of sales, marketing, and operations.

As a licensed realtor and supervisor in Texas since 2007, Denise has a long list of accomplishments including selling out Austin 360 Condominiums as the fastest selling building in Austin, Texas - boasting 430 units and hundreds of millions in sales. Her ongoing sales records have put her in the Central Texas spotlight with recognitions such as: Platinum Top 50 Nominee and Award Winner four consecutive years, Top Downtown Austin Agent three consecutive years, Million Dollar Award Achiever multiple years, Top Agent Award Winner multiple years, and Austin Business Journal Nominee multiple years.

Denise held the position of VP of Sales for Prospect Real Estate for over 6 years, who is partnered with one of the largest local condo developers, Pearlstone Partners. Denise is successfully selling and managing multiple new developments in Austin Texas. Natiivo Austin, HOM, AXIOM East, Cascade Condominiums, Parkside at Mueller and the newest to the group and 50% of Vesper ATX. Denise has successfully led her teams to close outs and enjoys motivating each team member to better their best.
